Mostly About Cleaning Up Pee...

I had a lot of thoughts and interesting things tonight to say, but Spooky Teen and I just spent an hour cleaning Magic's room together, and that seems to me to be enough for any girl after a day of work.

Trust me.

Magic, like many Early Generation Bengals, pees. And not only in the litter box. He has been going to town for a while now, and despite cleaning it up daily, his room smelled, the kind of not nice smell that permeates the next room, and gets animal control over to ask what sort of deplorable conditions you have been keeping this poor innocent (heh) Kitty in.

Seems he'd managed to get the futon despite the waterproof cover, AND had been using his Ottoman, under the blanket AND beside his litterboxes so the pee went UNDER the boxes. And the two pillows. Oh, and he pulled down his curtain with all the vines and peed THAT for good measure.

Anti-icky-poo is your friend. (Real product here, people, Google it.)

The Futon is gone, replaced by plastic on the floor and another HUGE plastic bin for litter. All the plastic bits have been cleaned, all the boxes, under the boxes, all the carpets. And the ottoman, which may yet have to go.

I sprayed everywhere with Feliway spray, and put in a new diffuser. (Again, Google it, it mimics the pheromones of a Happy Cat)

We'll see.

This is getting close to being an entire blog about cat pee, sadly. Haven't even mentioned yet how cool it was to have Elyse Marshall from Harpers out for a couple days, and cooking with her, woods walking, visiting Bengals...Lear ate from her hand!

Speaking of which...

Lear has decided that Spooky Teen is not entirely evil, since she comes every other week, and hasn't killed him yet, and she brings bits of steak, which Lear, who can be bought, is into. This is her doing the "I extend my finger while not staring to show you I am no threat" maneuver.

Queen Mab seems even more ok with Spooky Teen, and tonight deigned to have her chin scratched! This is huge.

I think they might be settling in. I don't know if they will ever be OK, and I don't think strangers will ever get close, But if they can have something like a normal cat life, I will be happy.

Magic? Well, we'll have to see. He'll never be a pet. (No, no rant tonight on irresponsible breeders for send F1's to homes that have no CLUE.) But he's not going anywhere.

If we have to clean up pee.

We clean up pee.

Love and Pee,
Lorraine

I wish I had a spooky teen to clean up. Not pee. Just dirt.

There needs to be a nationwide network of spooky teens.

Pretty kitties, even if a bit smelly.

No brains left for a more cogent comment, sorry.

this is something not easy to deal...but we love them, what else can we do?

I have almost the same pee problem with my cat Trinity, and as I am living in my parents house for a while, sometimes I have to clean things during the night to prevent big arguments... not easy... but we are surviving and trying different methods :D

lots of love and patience

Wonder if Mim's peeing issues are related to the pee smell coming from Magic's room.

Oh, and hello!

At 20:10 Blogger Dragonsally said...

Could the smell of Magic's pee be what is making Mim pee in inappropriate places?

I don't envy you dealing with this...cat pee stinks. Eewwiw. But Magic is so beautiful, how could you not forgive him anything?

Wonderful to see the Royals letting more humans near them.

Elyse is cool; Lear has good taste!

At 20:22 Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Welcome Tziedel! That's not a bad thought and may well be right. Cats have way better noses than we do, and it may have been really strong for them much longer.

Sally, yes, you did have the same thought, but I wanted to welcome Tziedel....

The Spooky House is nearly clean. Oh how I love my Spooky Teen!

(I slay myself!)

At 20:24 Blogger Lioness said...

I'm amazed that you have someone who is willing to do this with you. She is obviously worth her weight in gold.
I am looking forward to hearing about Lear eating from a stranger's hand. What a happy story that will be.

At 20:29 Blogger Kate said...

Wow- I didn't know that was a customary non-threatening cat greeting! My in-laws have two cats. They laugh at me because I ignore the cats unless they approach me, and I do just that- hold out one finger and don't make eye contact. These cats are not social- they're not combative or vicious, but they hiss at anyone who gets near them... except me. Makes me feel good to know my technique is Bengal Approved!

I suspect I might actually be a cat person, just not the cuddling grabbing kind.

At 20:33 Blogger Tziedel said...

Thank you for the welcome. I've been reading your blog for a while and have fallen in love with the Bengals and bees.

At 20:44 Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Very glad you decided to de-lurk, Tziedel, we like that a lot around here! The Fiends are very welcomeing! Not so scary. Really.

It's funny, cats d that, the person who goes to them, makes noise, tries to pet, stares at them, this is all very threatening to a shy kitty.

Whereas the person who is not such a cat person will not make eye contact, or noise, nor reach out or go to them, all very non-threatening.

Ignore a new kitty you are just meeting, and then when they come, do the finger out, with no looking.
When you do look, smile with no teeth, and squint your eyes shut slowly and open them.

That's how cats smile. Watch them. I kid you not.

Cats (and hybrids) are fascinating creatures. I once did the flehmen (Google it ;) ) thing at my cat inadvertantly and his eyes got huuuge. This would be the same cat who has peed on my bed. Twice.

oh dear, so much pee... finally surface back to the computer and pee is permeating your life :( such a job to clean it up, good you have Spooky Teen's help. Sally, i saw that Shiraz is headed for another surgery - hope all goes well with that, poor dear. and Phiala- hope you managed to stay dry! (i actually ventured a bit on twitter and facebook the last couple days, and started to catch up with everyone) we are heading for high winds here in the midwest (you may already have them lorraine?) so all batten down the hatches, and have a pleasant evening and a good monday!

Hi Sue! Yep, tomorrow is the big day for Shiraz. The poor dear is so bored. She thinks she wants to go for a long walk and keeps looking out to the street wistfully.

Love that big old curious-Magic face, though. I hope the pee issues subside. I think Tziedel's on to something, there.

Hi, Tziedel!

Made membrillo with the quinces from my little flowering quince bush tonight. Membrillo is supposed to be a deep maroon colour. Mine came out the colour of a pumpkin-scented candle. Now I'm vaguely worried that I've gone and made poison jam.

Mr. Jess says I'm nuts, but that's a given, innit.

This blog entry was scented with fennel seed at my house, overwhelming the smell one would expect from the topic. I now have a spice bottle full of homegrown fennel seed. My cat took one sniff of my fingers, and vacated the area. Wish I LIKED fennel.

Loved the bee blog, and sympathize with the pee blog. Still really yearning for cleaning help...but minor progress is being made.

Got nothing else. Night, fiends!

I didn't realize how much ben is like bengals (well, not the peeing...anymore...) but the approach him but not make a big deal over him and he'll come to you. Yup, tha'ts my kid.

My mom, stepdad and gma came today...lovely visit. And I left my phone in my gma's car :( My mom's going to ship it to me tomorrow. Bugger bugger. I had another phone, my non-google one, NO CLUE where that is. Not a good phone day.

I need a spooky teen too. We really need to all live closer together so we can pool resources!

At 22:52 Blogger ariandalen said...

OO oo oo, not fun, but very necessary clean up. ::sigh:: Maybe Magic has returned to his pee under the box trick due to smelling Lear in the vicinity? I know that Magic and Lear don't have any direct contact, but you've got two early generation males in close quarters, even though they are both neutered.
I had the same thought about Mim as Tziedel and Sally.

Hi, Sue! Hope your classes are treating you right!

Ticia, you just gad about all over the place. ;)

Vampi and Jess, just love the flowing oodness from you both.

Hi, Ladylark and Tziedel! Welcome to the Company of Fiends! Grab a lovely white, buckled jacket and supplies to with which to personalize it.

At 23:33 Blogger Tziedel said...

Hi everyone!

Thanks for the welcome. I have my new shiny buckled jacket ready - is the muzzle optional or required?

I do have to ask something. What the heck is the ticky box? Is it like some secret handshake thingie? And where do I pick up the Fiend handbook and ID card?

Tzi (for short)

At 23:37 Blogger AletaMay said...

Hi Tzi!

The ticky box is the box you can check below the comment box so that you can get the comments sent to your email.

I think we do not like the muzzle. :-)

Ah yes but he is such a cutie...
You might have to transform his entire room into some sort of zen rock (and sand) garden if he thinks the world is his litter.

At 00:54 Blogger vampi said...

oh my, that is a lot of pee.

i followed the rabbit hole ariandalen opened up and wore a lot about word meanings and genders that i never really thought about.

magic is just beautiful. what a great pic. i kind of like the idea of turning a room into a zen rock garden.

so the fun was beyond saving? that's sad. might want to get some of those nylon camping chairs for in there when you want to sit. those are easily hosed off. at least until he decided to stop peeing on the furni

At 01:23 Blogger Marjorie said...

Wow, Ler eating from a stranger's hand -that's huge news.

Sorry about the pee issues - I also thought maybe it had to do with the interaction between the different cats, which sadly doesn't lead to many helpful suggestions as it sounds as though you are already doing eveything you can / should, with the feliway and all.

Is there any possibility (for the longer term) of Magic having a (heated) chalet in the garden, with a run, rather than a room in the house? It might make the pee issues a little more managable and perhaps be less stressful for him and Lear & Mim if he is not quite so close. I guess the down side would be it would be harder for him to come and peer through the windows and talk to you.

Hello & happy de-lurking, Tzi :-)

Morning! Much catching up to do, hope everyone had a good weekend with less pee than our Empress had to deal with. Scotland was fun - an historic wedding as it was the first time ever in Scotland that a Quaker Meeting had been held in a Roman Catholic church. Travelling back yesterday was filled with delays which would have been exceptionally trying but I had "The Strain" with me and reading a good vampire yarn does make waiting much more bearable. Anyone else read it? I'm loving the mix of Old Country and contemporary bio-plague.

hmm you are the second person within a week to mention this book, i think i will have to ck it out. i do like his films! must get ready to go to work, sadly it's not raining, so the clay shed is beckoning. have a great day all, with special luck to sally and shiraz! ticia, tank is relieved and celebrated by enjoying the last of tomatoes and cucumbers that buster kindly pulled off the kitchen counter.

At 07:50 Blogger EmilyLady said...

Right. That sounds really fun.

At 10:09 Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Morning!

Magic only peed in his Boxes! ALL of his boxes! Maybe he just wanted anoher box, and a clean room. He'll pee again, but any day he doesn't is a good one.

Sadly, Marjorie, outside chalet won't work, we get down to -20-30 (remember 32 is zero to you) and it is simply too cold. And I need to keep him as near to me as possible.

Off to work and tending dying Boss.

At 10:23 Blogger spacedlaw said...

Well, absence of peeing (at all) would be the sign of a very serious problem for our star kitty, so I am glad he marked his territory in all the boxes.

At 10:25 Blogger Jane said...

Cat pee - a never ending topic. Around here we even keep track of how it smells - seems to us that Calvin's kidneys are working better when it is smellier, so that's a good sign. But we may be wrong. Who knows?

I've been squinting at my cats for years, they squint back and we know we've found cat-human love.

And the hold out your finger gesture, I learned from a link from this blog. DH had been doing it for years, I found. It works great to say hi to a cat. Even from across a room, somehow they all seem to recognize the gesture. And then come closer if they're interested and not if they aren't. Cool!

Sunny Fallish day here in NC.

CX

At 10:54 Blogger Jess said...

I read somewhere that cats respond to the finger-greeting because the tip of your finger is about the same size as a cat nose-- so it's kind of like touching noses.

Got your Dorothy wind out here today, Q. Only it's not so Dorothy at the moment. Supposed to get more Dorothy later. Will let everyone know if I land on a witch.

So this morning my membrillo (like anyone's interested in my quince-cooking adventures) is, erm, kind of hard. It's been refrigerated, of course, and it's supposed to be sliceable. Even so, I'm not sure it's supposed to be this hard. I think I got a little carried away with trying to make it turn red. Tastes good, though.

At 10:58 Blogger spacedlaw said...

If you cook it for too long it can become rock hard, Jess... You can make rock candy out of it.

At 11:03 Blogger gaypet said...

It's good to hear that he peed in the boxes today. :)

I am sick in bed. I wonder if I can teach my Ginger how to bring me soup.

At 11:11 Blogger Jess said...

So how hard is it supposed to be? Right now it's still kind of kind of gummy-- I can get a knife in it, but it doesn't glop or spread at all. This recipe says it's supposed to be like that. Other sources seem to indicate it ought to be more jamlike. I'm very confused.

I let it set up in some little jars, which may be a problem later. If I give them away, I may have to provide little hammers to break the glass. Uh oh.

At 11:14 Blogger Jess said...

Poor Gayle! Feel better. (I read that as Ginger soup just then. Which might do you good, actually. :) )

At 11:25 Blogger spacedlaw said...

For the use intended - which I take is similar to that in the article - you should be able to slice or dice it. Think Turkish delight and you aren't too far off.

I think it would be fair to say that all mammals pee, Ms. Fabulous, and mostly in appropriate places. ;) Occasionally, it is in an unusual way, like Seren a couple of weeks ago. Don and I here Ariane yell, "MOM! DAD! SEREN'S PEEIN' LIKE A MAN!" from the bathroom. I close my eyes and ask, "Are you making a mess?" Seren giggles, "No. I'm over the potty." She really didn't make a mess.

Just wanted to reassure the other Fiendish parents that their children really aren't as strange as they thought.

At 22:02 Anonymous Wendy Withers said...

I'm sorry about the peeing, but I'm glad everyone's happy and friendlier.

About inappropriate peeing: I think my ex peed on my doorknob a week or so ago. He didn't 'fess up to it, but my door was wet and stinky right after he picked up the last of the stuff I'd been hanging onto for years.

I've been mostly offline because of Jew holidays and busy stuff. I'm still going to apply to the teaching program in New Orleans. My stepfather said he will pay to get my transcripts from my college so I can apply. I was stressed about paying for the test I'll have to take to place into the program, but I got a random check in the mail today, so I'm going to register tonight! And, I was stressed about driving to take the test, but my stepfather said he would drive me and my mom up to NOLA so we could have a family vacation and make sure I got there safe and sound! So, it looks like I'm making this happen! Yay me!

No, not another Internet Virus!

Chicken soup for all.

And tea. Tea is important.

Such a beautiful face Magic has. I love those big eyes (now big trusting eyes).

At 12:48 Anonymous Wendy Withers said...

I am drinking much tea and much honey. If you can O.D. on honey, then I am in trouble. But, I figure it's better to O.D. on honey than on cough drops.

I hope we all feel better soon!

On a brighter note, I think I have my student loans settled for my teaching program!

Does anyone want to fly to Florida to take over my job for the next day or two? You can sit at a desk, write articles for the St. Pete Times, scare people in Busch Gardens, work on rewrites for my novel, play DnD with my friends, and visit my mom.

We need some sort of emergency sickness tree for fiends, so when we're sick non-sick fiends can replace us. I vote for Billy Bones to come work for me. I think my novel would be better for it.

At 13:39 Blogger EmilyLady said...

Wendy, that's disgusting! What a nasty thing to do.

Sorry to anyone and everyone who's ill.

At 17:46 Blogger Dragonsally said...

Wendy, we just have to get Dan going on that transport device, then we could all be flitting around the globe filling in for everyone.
Um, its gone very quiet on here for the last few hours...
Virtual chicken soup, tea and honey for all who need it.

Hi Sally ::waves:: and a very good morning to you! I'm off to bed now, take good care of the world while I'm sleeping

At 17:55 Blogger Chantrelle said...

I've been bouncing around town getting quotes on various parts of the bathroom. Found out the steam shower enclosure is probably a piece o' junk so are starting over on the shower portion (tile, etc). Ugh.

Hope people are improving and not worsening with their plagues around here :(

At 17:56 Blogger Na said...

Ah, so Sally's the one in charge of the world? Cool!

I was on the bus, coming home from work, collecting monsters, then feeding them, and trying to work some more at home. Suddenly I am very very busy. Wait - I was already that. Now, perhaps it's more accurate to say I'm drowning! But I'm sure the panic will subside after a bit...

Speaking of cool, it's quite cool here - 9 C today, plus wind. Thankfully, it's less windy today than yesterday, so a lot less grit in my hair and eyes and teeth. Brrr. I'm thinking grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for supper.

At 18:26 Blogger Dragonsally said...

I'll do my best to take care of the world while you all sleep -but the tsunami isn't my fault, ok?

At 18:49 Blogger Ms T said...

Nice to know you're on watch, Sally. :)

Was a heck of a wake-up call this morning. As in: "What? Really? Not so sure I want to head down my nice, safe hill to work now."

Mercifully it's turned OK here, but my heart and thoughts go out to those who have been affected.

Kia kaha

At 18:58 Blogger Na said...

Tsunami!? Time to google the news...

At 19:04 Blogger Dragonsally said...

I can well imagine Ms T. 8.3 is one heck of a quack...and a tsunami heading towards all those low lying islands and atolls between Samoa and New Zealand makes my heart sick.

At 19:06 Blogger dabbler said...

Yikes. Virtual Elderberry syrup, tea with lemon and Honey, warm socks, and hugs to all the ailing Fiends (and Boss, of course.)

Bravo to Wendy Withers, not only for plans and progress but for having the sense to have the peeing non-gentleman be an ex.

I'm trying to talk husband into a couple of mini, four horned sheep (not very seriously) but after 33 years of marriage, they probably can't be called a dowry, can they?

If anyone has time to watch the National Parks series on PBS, filmed by Ken Burns, it's pretty dang cool.

Off to a meeting to decide if I want to be on a Board of Director's...

At 19:18 Blogger Chantrelle said...

Tivo's been recording the nat'l park series for us. Haven't seen any of it yet.

At 19:33 Blogger Phiala said...

Hey Fiends, some Amsterdam photos to entertain you on your sickbeds.

And also, one especially for Nathalie!

More tomorrow.

At 19:56 Blogger Ticia said...

Phiala, I know that picture was for Nat, but I like it too. *grin^

Healing and healthy thoughts to all ailing fiends.

Na- Congrats on the new job. You'll settle in just fine. ::high five::

Sally - How is Shiraz?

I'm sure there's more I meant to add.... Oh well.

((hugs)) to all!

At 20:02 Blogger Dragonsally said...

Shiraz will be going under the knife any moment Ticia. Surgery was delayed because 2 emergencies came in yesterday.

At 20:04 Blogger Ticia said...

Poor baby! How are you doing?

At 20:12 Blogger EmilyLady said...

Tsunami, Sally? ...

Phiala, I love the pictures! And Nathalie's is the best!

Lorraine, Will was watching that American's Funniest Home Videos silliness ... and I said, "You know, I know someone who gets a LOT crazier than this with her Bengals ..."

*snicker*

At 20:23 Blogger EmilyLady said...

When we went birding we heard a baby owl. And sometimes I will hear them here in RI at like three in the morning.

At 20:56 Blogger Kate said...

Glad there was no loss of tea, Sally.

Last winter there was an owl living in the tree outside the window of the room I'm writing from. This was nice and haunt-y at night, but the yard under the tree suffered a bit. (Pellets- need I say more?) I'm kind of hoping it comes back this next winter, though. Something about your own resident owl- makes you wonder what else will move in.

At 22:40 Blogger Ms T said...

Thankfully, the tsunami alert for New Zealand has been downgraded. Samoa has not fared nearly so well with reports of casualties and much damage. To anyone who has family or fiends/friends in the area, know that our thoughts and sympathy are with you.

Any fiends who would like to read news reports on this, could try www.stuff.co.nz (hopefully they've dealt to the more tasteless headlines by now) or www.3news.co.nz.

Here endeth the news bulletin. (And thank you for letting me hijack your blog for a bit Ms Q.)

P.S. Kind and healing thoughts to all ailing fiends. And Sally, I hope Shiraz is OK.

At 00:23 Blogger spacedlaw said...

How frightening about that tsunami, knowing it will strike and not being able to do anything about it (not that not knowing it's coming is anywhere better, mind).
I feel for the poor islanders left at the mercy of the elements.

Sally, I keep you and Shiraz in my thoughts, hoping it will go all fine.

And healing thoughts to those who need healing from various cruds and lurgies.

Weeee! Discovered that Jason Webley and I are in Paris at the same time!
And he's playing so I am going (provided my meeting stops before 21:00).
So happy.

Hurrah!!

I am going to his show in Londn, on Monday.
He's doing Dublin and MAnchester too, I believe - Louisa, Hellie... can we get a fiend to every show...?

At 09:14 Blogger louisa said...

I'm not seeing a Dublin date. But that's not to say it isn't right in front of me. Going to see The Pixies tomorrow night, can't wait!!

At 09:20 Blogger dabbler said...

Ahem... edit my last comment to read "Board of Directors" no '...unless I am on their hit list. Apologies to all!

At 10:10 Blogger Marjorie said...

Louisa, sorry, no, that's my mistake. I was thinking of Jonathan Coulton & Paul & Storm - they apparently *are* going to Dublin.

Enjoy the Pixies!

At 13:04 Anonymous Wendy Withers said...

I am still alive. One of my good friends works at Teavanna and kept feeding me feel-good tea last night, and I probably drank a good gallon of water yesterday, and a Coldbuster smoothie from Jamba Juice. Today I feel a lot better, except my ears are itchy and my throat's still scratchy.

I hope everyone else is doing better. I'm signing papers today to consolidate my loans through the Department of Education, which will totally wipe out my spotty payment records and show UNO my clean and shiny new financial aid record.

I have been productive. Now I'm going to sleep.

At 17:26 Blogger Tziedel said...

Good buns this is a busy place. Pee and goats and black death via internet/bloggy connections and tsunamis and Top Chef and doorknobs (eeewwww) and fish bowls on Bengal bottoms and a gagillion other topics. *waves madly back at everyone who waved*

Is Top Chef really a repeat tonight? No new episode? Fudgepuppies!!!

I have completed my entire list of work tasks for 2009, plus quite a few extras. This is good, since in my (government) world, today is the last day of the year.

If I can summon up the energy, I'll be going home now and taking the evening off.

At 21:51 Blogger Lioness said...

Greetings from Montreal where I came for a mtg this aft. Now I'm staying a couple of extra days. Cold and windy and raining so not, perhaps the best time to sightsee.
So many ill people! I hope you are all bundled up and get a good night sleep - at least those of whom are in the appropriate time zones.

At 22:56 Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Home!

Sadly no Owls were heard or seen this night.

I'm pretty tired, darn cold.

Got my new Blackberry Curve. Boss spent three hours trying to make my new phone take all my phone #'s from my old, no avail. Some numbers would not come over, and some I deleted, came BACK.

I may get a new fishtank. A saltwater one. Always have wanted one. I need some freaky fish.

At 23:19 Anonymous Wendy Withers said...

I have a Blackberry Curve Sunset, and all of my numbers from my Razr (sic?) moved over. :/ Although, they did the moveover at the store when I bought the phone. The biggest problem I have is sometimes it start to lag, and I have to turn it on and off. And, some phone systems don't recognize the numbers for automated systems, which really sucked when the thieves stole the money from my bank account and I had to go through automated hell to get to the fraud department.

At 23:44 Anonymous Anonymous said...

Oh...! Those huge, beguiling eyes! How can you help but believe they didn't "mean" to pee all over the place, the adorable little schemers?

Has anyone else had a cat just, like, up and pee in a suitcase? I'm pretty sure my beloved gray cat, Hades, did that just to spite me. =^..^=

At 00:07 Blogger spacedlaw said...

My previous cats were trying to pee into new travel bags - I suppose to get rid of this "new" smell, so I might feel more at home when I travel about. Helpful they were being the little blighters.

At 08:00 Anonymous Wendy Withers said...

Maybe they just didn't want you to leave. My mom's cat sits on her shoes when it looks like she's going to escape the house.

At 11:10 Blogger FabulousLorraine said...

Morning all! Where is everyone?

New blog tonight, if my brain doesn't go all fuzzy.

For those of you not on Twitter, here's a pretty cool link:

http://jaslarue.blogspot.com/2008/07/uncle-bobbys-wedding.html

Really liked reading that.

Didn't drop my phone in the bath this morning. Liking this bath. Still need to pick paint colours, as soon as Boss is well enough to come over and advise me on it. Then it will be DONE!!!

Skelly in the bath tub pics tonight!

Work now.

At 11:12 Blogger Phiala said...

I'm glued to the computer, attempting to organize my life for the next few months.

Lists of projects, tasks, timelines... Dan, how are you coming on that bilocation project? Any hope of trilocation, or higher orders, in the near future?

At 11:18 Blogger Lioness said...

I get a great kick out of the thought of a man who wears all black advising anyone on paint colours. I suspect him of wearing chartreuse when he is in the house where no one can see him.

So glad your bath is what you hoped for.
I've been wandering in the rain this morning taking pictures of the long flights of stairs OUTSIDE that lead to 2nd floor apartments. This, in horribly snowy Montreal.
They look lovely but are so impractical!

At 11:49 Blogger Dan Guy said...

And a wee little tiara!

Traveling forward in time has been perfected, but traveling back is still spotty. Bi-location is currently right out.

At 11:58 Blogger Phiala said...

Yeah, I was afraid of that. I'm quite good at travelling forward in time, but really desperately want the bilocation.

Drat.

At 12:52 Blogger Marjorie said...

I hope you are feeling better, Q, both because I'd like to see the skelly-in-bathtub picturews (but mostly because I'd like you to feel better).

Are you in charge of arranging Graveyard Book Pie on Boss's behalf, or does he have a separate Pie-Coordinator?

I love the librarian letter, it reinforces my long held belief that Librarians Rock!

At 17:18 Blogger Dragonsally said...

Where is everyone? I sit down with my cuppa, expecting to catch up with Fiendish shenanigans, and the last post was 4 hours ago.

I hope we haven't got another interwebs spread lurgy here.
